A delicious recipe with pepper and cheese sauce that has to do in about 30 minutes.
Ingredients:
- 800 gram steak
- 2 sachet dried ham cheese sauce (Brand Name: Maggie)
- 1 bottle of pepper sauce (brand name: Calve)
- 400 grams potatoes or new/mini potatoes
- Salt and pepper
preparation:
- Cut the steak into strips.
- Season the steak as desired
- Fry the steak strips in a pan (no fries fryer).
- Bake the potatoes or new potatoes
- Add boiling water to the ham cheese sauce.(See the exact description on the package)
- Add the peppersauce with the hamkaas sauce and stir through.
- Remove the steak from the pan (without fat) and stir the strips into the sauce.
Serves with baked potatoes or new potatoes. I recommend the vegetable peas or broccoli
